Code Kaboom Robotics Academy is looking for energetic, reliable, and passionate instructors to join our team and help inspire the next generation of young innovators. Our program provides students and families with a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment where they can explore coding, robotics, engineering, creativity, and hands-on STEAM activities.

We are seeking instructors who enjoy working with children, support family engagement, and can create a positive classroom experience where students feel excited to learn, build, code, and innovate.

We are looking for instructors who can lead hands-on coding and robotics classes for students of different age levels.

The ideal candidate is:

•  Energetic, dependable, and professional
•  Comfortable working with children and families
•  Passionate about coding, robotics, STEAM, and technology
•  Patient, encouraging, and able to create a positive learning environment
•  Able to follow curriculum and classroom procedures
•  A strong communicator with students, parents, and staff
•  Team-oriented and committed to student success

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

•  Must have coding or robotics instruction  MBOT2 or Lego Robots
•  STEM or STEAM education
•  Working with children ages 6–12
•  Classroom teaching or youth enrichment programs
•  Engineering, computer science, technology, or related fields
•  Family engagement or community-based education

Instructors may be responsible for:

•  Teaching coding and robotics lessons using provided curriculum
•  Supporting students during hands-on robotics activities
•  Helping students build, code, test, and improve projects
•  Creating a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
•  Encouraging teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving
•  Preparing materials and organizing classroom equipment
•  Communicating professionally with program staff and families
•  Following all program policies and safety procedures
