Where Families Code, Build Robots & Kaboom Their Creativity

At Code Kaboom Robotics Academy, we provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment where students explore the exciting world of coding, robotics, engineering, and creativity through hands-on learning experiences.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Family Participation Requirement

Code Kaboom Robotics Academy is a family engagement program designed to bring parents, guardians, and children together through hands-on learning, coding, robotics, creativity, and innovation. We believe children learn best when families actively participate in their educational journey.

To support this family-centered approach, a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult family member who is at least 18 years of age must be present and actively participate with the child at all times during the Code Kaboom Robotics Camp. Children may not be dropped off and left unattended.

This requirement helps ensure student safety, promotes meaningful family engagement, encourages collaborative learning, and creates a positive experience for all participants. Parents and children will work together on coding, robotics, and technology-based projects throughout the program.

Code Kaboom Robotics Academy reserves the right to deny participation or dismiss any family that does not comply with this attendance requirement.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTICE

Due to the high demand and limited capacity of our programs, submission of a registration form does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment into Code Kaboom Robotics Academy camps or workshops.

Similar to many leading coding and STEM enrichment programs, enrollment is subject to available space, program requirements, staffing, equipment availability, and successful completion of the registration review process.

Families will receive a confirmation email or phone call notifying them whether their child has been accepted into the program. We encourage families to register early, as many sessions may reach capacity and be placed on a waiting list.

Code Kaboom Robotics Academy reserves the right to limit enrollment, establish waiting lists, and make final admission decisions in order to maintain a safe, high-quality, and engaging learning environment for all participants.

Registration alone does not create a guarantee of admission, enrollment, or participation in any camp, class, workshop, or program.

What is the refund policy?

All fees paid for Code Kaboom Robotics Academy are non-refundable.  Tuition and camp fees are considered a fee-for-service and are used to reserve your child’s space, staffing, equipment, robotics materials, and program resources.

Once enrollment is completed and payment is processed, refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued for cancellations, missed classes, schedule conflicts, withdrawals, or non-attendance.

We encourage families to carefully review their schedules and availability

prior to completing enrollment.

admission, participation and right to refuse service policy

Code Kaboom Robotics Academy is committed to providing a safe, positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment for all students, parents, instructors, staff, and participants.

To help maintain a productive educational setting, all students and parents are expected to demonstrate appropriate behavior, respect others, follow program guidelines, and cooperate with staff instructions at all times.

Code Kaboom Robotics Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission, deny enrollment, remove a participant from the program, or discontinue services if a student, parent, guardian, or family member engages in behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, threatening, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise interferes with the learning experience of other participants or the operation of the program.

Examples of conduct that may result in removal from the program include, but are not limited to:

• Disrupting classes, activities, or workshops
• Repeated failure to follow program rules or staff instructions
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or disrespectful behavior toward students, parents, instructors, staff, or volunteers
• Threatening, aggressive, or abusive language or conduct
• Behavior that compromises the safety, well-being, or learning experience of others

If such behavior occurs, Code Kaboom Robotics Academy may request that the parent, guardian, student, or family member discontinue participation in the program immediately.  No refund, credit, or reimbursement will be provided for any classes, camps, workshops, or activities not attended as a result of removal from the program.

Similar to policies adopted by many youth enrichment, coding, and robotics programs, including leading coding academies and technology camps, Code Kaboom Robotics Academy maintains the right to preserve a safe and productive educational environment for all participants.

By registering for any Code Kaboom Robotics Academy program, camp, class, workshop, or event, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree to comply with these participation standards and understand that continued enrollment is contingent upon adherence to program expectations.
